The boys of Dada Life are undoubtedly best known for their tracks that remind us we were Born To Rage and encourage us to Kick Out The Epic Motherf*****, but what we don’t often get to see is what went into those tracks. Stefan and Olle have a reputation for elaborate shenanigans that include epic pillow fights and they put just as much effort into producing the music that forms the epic soundtrack to those shenanigans. We previously wrote on the discussion that Olle prompted on Facebook about ghost producing, now we get to see what goes into producing a Dada track.
Stefan and Olle went into the studio with Future Music and shows just how much work goes into making a track. After watching the almost hour long video some us were blown away by the attention given to details that all come together for One Smile that is just minutes long. This goes to show that while some may see DJs as just people who hit a button on stage there are hours upon hours of work that go into what seems so effortless by the time we’re seeing it performed. We highly recommend watching the video when you have time to watch it all the way through, not only is it entertaining to see our beloved bananas through a different lens but you’ll learn something too!
Look forward to seeing this and other tracks performed live by Dada Life and friends at the Dada Land Compound in Seattle on September 20th!
