Dance music artists have been really keeping us entertained during quarantine. From live sets, virtual meet and greets to now, a cooking show. French dance music artist, Mathieu Koss came to light with his track Big Jet Plane and Never Growing Up featuring Aloe Blacc. Never Growing Up was a huge radio track in France and Belgium in 2019 and it slowly traveled through sound waves to the USA.
Mathieu’s talent does not stop there, or should we say, Chef Koss. He recently released his second cooking video on his Youtube channel to celebrate his 30th birthday. See below to watch him cook BBQ sea bream and eggplant caviar!
We cannot wait to try the different recipes and see what is cooking next week. The dance music community has shown the world our unity and love towards one another during this pandemic. We have kept each other’s spirits high and held out a helping hand for one another, artists, fans, music lovers, dancers, and anyone in between.
