There’s no stopping Eric Prydz. The Swedish producer and DJ (who also goes by the pseudonyms Cirez D and Pryda) just played an incredible show with 4d hologram visuals at Madison Square Garden. He also signed a residency at the new LiFE Nightclub in Las Vegas, added an artist, Jeremy Olander, on his Pryda Recordings, graced us with this charm and candor on a Reddit AMA, and surprised us with new Cirez D tracks in celebration of his 10,000th tweet. But wait, there’s more.
Yesterday, as his dark techno alias Cirez D, revealed a preview of his newest release, Ruby. Although the preview is just over three minutes, the full track clocks in with 10 minutes of spooky, fractured techno. With percussion and stabbing synth lines, Ruby is your ideal 5 a.m. UK warehouse rave track.
Ruby will be released October 13th on Mouseville Records, exclusively on Beatport.
Cirez D can next be seen playing a sold-out Halloween show at LA’s underground venue Sound on October 31 and will then be heading up the Mau5ville stage with deadmau5 at HARD’s Day Of The Dead.
