Ace Ventura

Psytrance continues to gain popularity, and at Bliss, you’ll hear plenty of it- mainly because of Ace Ventura. While Sneijder and Menno De Jong borrow bits and pieces from this trance subgenre, Ventura goes all out. If you seek melodic, uplifting trance, you may want to sit this set because things are going to be fast, up-tempo and straight up weird.

Bryan Kearney

What do you do when record labels won’t listen to your demos? You create a label of your own! That’s what Bryan Kearney did. The owner of Kearnage Recordings, Kearney has been in the music game for over 15 years. He started as a dance floor DJ before diving into production. Fast forward to today and he’s one of the most highly regarded trance artists in the industry. Over the years, his sound has adapted with the times: Progressive, psy, uplifting…Kearney can do it all, and do it well!

Andrew Bayer and Ilan Bluestone

What happens when you take two of the best in trance and put them together behind a DJ deck? At Bliss, we’ll find out! Two of Anjunabeats’ finest, Andrew Bayer and Ilan Bluestone, will join forces for a special back-to-back set as part of Anjuna’s North American 2017 tour– a can’t miss event! The two have collaborated numerous times, their most recent piece posted above, but have never toured as a b2b duo until this year. You can expect a chill, uplifting performance here, a contrast to the artists mentioned earlier. Love is a key theme in trance music and these two will make you feel it.

Markus Schulz

Closing thing out is the Unicorn Slayer himself, Markus Schulz. One of, if not, the best in progressive trance, Schulz crafted the recipe for success early on in his career and has risen to legendary status over the last decade. That recipe? An added dark, sensual spin to his progressive sound (with a hint of big room); a sound that is, how does the saying go, “often imitated, never duplicated”. Expect an energetic set from this year’s Bliss headliner that will leave you wanting more!

Tickets to Bliss are still available. Who are you looking forward to seeing? Let us know in the comment section below!
