As soon as you see Black Boots walk on stage, you’ll wonder where the heck “militant” has been hiding throughout your raving career. You’ll walk away from their show and start to question what explosive, unprecedented live sets that you’ve forgone by spending too much time at illustrious main stages. This is how we started to feel, anyway, so we were dying to know where it all came from; what better place to start than the Entertainment Capital of the World?
Mikey: “We’re kind of these Vegas outcasts. EDM’s been blowing up, there’s all these European DJ’s and it’s super exclusive – you’ve got to get through, like, 25 layers just to get to the DJ booth.”
Pedi: “It’s sort of like the theme park for the common American…Vegas is definitely a huge piece of who we are.”
