When Excision puts together a festival, you know the bass will be bountiful. While the lineup announcement for Bass Canyon 2020 is predictably stacked full of incredible artists from the various branches of bass music, it doesn’t take away from the sheer glory of it all. The fact that it’s also at The Gorge is almost too much for us to handle. Almost.
Featuring multiple, different types of sets from Excision, along with performances from 12th Planet, Illenium, Black Tiger Sex Machine, and Liquid Stranger, there’s plenty of major names on the lineup. Add in Northwest favorites like Eliminate, KJ Sawka, Kai Wachi, Downlink (performing a drum and bass set), Dion Timmer, and more, and there isn’t much more we could ask for.
Despite not needing more, more is still on the way! Several artists are currently blurred out of the lineup announcement, meaning that, somehow, there is more great bass music on the way for Bass Canyon 2020.

Excision and his team gave fans one week’s warning that tickets would be on sale Wednesday, March 4. The lineup announcement today was an unexpected curve-ball. Maybe the Bass Canyon team decided to release the lineup after Beyond Wonderland dropped theirs? Either way, the Bass Canyon lineup is a huge win for Pacific Northwest bass-heads.
The Gorge Amphitheater has been spoiled by event announcements this past week. Seven Lions announced a Gorge show for July 11. Then Insomniac Events announced Beyond Wonderland PNW for June 13 and 14. Which event will you be attending? Maybe you are doing a trifecta and attending all 3?
Important things happen in Pacific Northwest nightlife, and DMNW will send you alerts!
