Trance fans rejoice! The iconic State of Trance Festival is coming to the Bay Area on June 29th, and we couldn’t be more ecstatic.
The Bay Area event is part of the ASOT 900 world tour with trance legend Armin van Buuren at the helm. This will be one stop along multiple points across the globe, including Utrecht, Madrid, Kiev, Miami, and Belgium.
This event will introduce fans to an entirely new production experience from collaborative efforts between premier production companies ALDA and Insomniac. It will also expand the dance music scene to broader audiences, bringing their events around the globe and expanding their footprint in Europe, Asia and the United States.
Last month, thousands of trance lovers from over 100 countries were in attendance at Utrecht’s Jaarbeurs venue as the event broke multiple records, selling out seven weeks in advance of the event’s date.
After previously hosting a stage at Beyond Wonderland in Southern California, ASOT will be held for the first time in the Bay Area. This show will be the largest ASOT event in the United States, since previously being held at the prestigious Madison Square Garden in New York. This would cement Armin van Buuren as the first trance music act in history to ever sell-out the venue.
Trance families from around the world will unite as ASOT 900 takes over the Oakland Coliseum in California. Starting today, fans can pre-register at to be a part of the advance pre-sale that starts on Tuesday, April 2 with general tickets going on sale on Thursday, April 4 at 11 AM PST. By pre-registering now, fans are able to guarantee themselves tickets to the event. Talk about amazing! Will you be headed to the event this June?
