6 Things We Learned From EDC Las Vegas 2014

3. Expect to pay for water.

Predictably, 2 or 3 water stations don’t quite cut it for over 100,000 people to access free water throughout the night. Expect to pay for water, and it’s not cheap at $5.00 a water bottle. We’re a little spoiled up here in the Northwest by Conscious Crew, and feel beyond grateful that USC Events prioritized hydration and safety in the desert heat.

ADVICE FROM DMNW: Deep breaths, keep calm. Bring cash and budget for water costs the rest of your trip. The air is harder to inhale, so you have to use more of your lungs which we in the Northwest aren’t use to because we are fortunate to have decently clean and light air.
