December 3rd, 2013 was the last time Christian Srigley and Leighton James, popularly known as Adventure Club, graced the stages in Rose City. With almost a year and a half past since their Calling All Heros tour, we are more than pleased to welcome back the Canadian duo on March 20th!
After meeting in high school, Christian and Leighton started playing in band together, but later turned their sound over to electronic music, and we have nothing to say but thank you! With songs ranging in a variety of sounds from melodic dubstep to big room house, Adventure Club has something to suit just about anyone. Earlier this month, the duo released a remix of Hurricane by indie-pop duo MS MR. The track features beautiful vocal chops from lead vocalist Lizzy Plapinger and carries out hauntingly, stunning harmonies, which you can listen to below and download for free!
After listening to this new remix, we cannot wait to hear what else Adventure Club has in store for us at the end of the month. Unfortunately, tickets for this show have sold out, but we hope you were able to snag one in time!
