After their historic ABGT 350 celebrations in Prague, the British trio have more surprises up their sleeves. Anjuna HQ had informed us that a release was coming for October 14, but it was listed as “???.”
Finally, on October 11 the Anjunafamily was notified via the ABGT 350 Livestream that Waltz was the mystery release. Keep an eye out for 3 more mystery releases from Anjunabeats HQ, along with a new Grum single and an EP from Andrew Bayer.
Waltz has been crowd tested by Above & Beyond regularly at their shows since A State of Trance 900 hosted by Armin Van Buuren in February 2019. Waltz passed it’s final crowd test when it sent the ABGT 350 crowd into a frenzy on Friday. Were you lucky enough to hear Waltz at the Gorge Amphitheater last July?

Waltz is a monumental release because it is Above & Beyond flirting with psytrance. The heavy-hitting bass combined with Vini Vici inspired chants is what we are particularly focusing on.
The drop may be a different genre, but Above & Beyond stuck to their guts and produced another breathtaking breakdown. Remember, it’s not a trance song without a breakdown.
