Shortly after Avicii’s death, his documentary, True Stories, was pulled from Netflix and still has yet to make a return. The documentary was a sneak peek into Avicii’s life as he opens up about his health problems and his point of view on becoming a world famous DJ while on tour.
Although there is no news regarding the documentary’s possible return to Netflix, we’ve received exciting news that it’s under consideration for an Oscar!
Director and producer Levan Tsikurishvili states in his Instagram post:
Importance of looking out for on another has never been more important than NOW, and I DO hope that we’ve changed SOMETHING to the better in this industry, especially for the younger generation
