2018 has been a huge year for both Prok & Fitch and Leftwing & Kody. Both duos have had countless successful records on the biggest labels in the game, supported by the scene’s major players and fans worldwide. The two duos will be making their Q Nightclub debut at the September 27th installation of the celebrated weekly, Field Trip.
We first came across P&F three years ago when we heard their track “Jack to Jack” on Toolroom. Since then the duo has had several releases on Green Velvet’s Relief records, as well as on Suara, Sola, and on many more acclaimed 4/4 record labels.
Their most recent track Sea La (out now on Relief featuring Dajae) is a delightful psychedelic roller of a tech house track. It’s clear from their productions and DJing why they’ve had so much recent success- they masterfully fuse together house, rolling progressive techno, and alternative electronic in an incredibly unique sound that is unmistakably the “P&F sound.” We can’t wait to hear the new productions they’ve got in store for Q.

We also noticed Prok & Fitch most recently followed All Day I Dream on SoundCloud… does that mean we’ll see a release from the duo on the label in the coming year? We’ll find out soon enough!
Leftwing & Kody is on direct support for P&F and we think the duos compliment each other very nicely!
Approaching their sets with limitless energy, Leftwing & Kody have built a solid reputation for knowing exactly how to read a crowd and this fall will see them take their inimitable brand of tech house across the Atlantic for the first time. Beginning on September 27th in Seattle, the seven-date tour will include CRSSD Festival in San Diego and Goldrush Festival in Phoenix, as well as dates in Los Angeles, Orlando, and Toronto. Speaking about the tour, Kody said:
[pullquote]We have waited so long to make our North American Debut and now it’s finally here. UTA have put together an amazing first tour and we can’t wait to get over the Atlantic! We’ve heard so much great stuff about the crowds across the pond from our friends and we can’t wait to experience it for ourselves. We’re really looking forward to seeing the dance music culture from our North American cousins.[/pullquote]
Leftwing & Kody had a legendary debut on Desolat earlier this year with their Snap Back EP – a Beatport top 10 track which was heavily supported by Loco Dice in almost every set at the start of the year. They’ve currently got a remix of Kelis’ Milkshake out on Sony, supported by techno grandmaster Carl Cox. With celebrated releases on Moon Harbour, Toolroom, and Relief, they’ve been on an impressive upwards trajectory with their productions getting supported by the likes of Jamie Jones, Solardo, and Max Chapman.
Stay tuned for an exclusive interview with the duo when they touch down in Seattle!
