As most of us here in the Northwest are preparing our outfits and making plans for Lucky, some are packing their bags and getting ready to make the trip down to San Diego for CRSSD Festival. CRSSD is a 2 day house and techno festival taking place on March 3rd and 4th at the beautiful Waterfront Park on the San Diego Bay.
For those making the trip down to the bay, there is a wide selection of artists on the spring lineup. We narrowed it down to 5 artists that fans should not miss!
5. Walker & Royce
Dirtybird has many artists in this lineup, but one of the ones that really stick out is Walker & Royce. The Tech House duo of Sam Walker and Gavin Royce, will “take you to your leader” as they play very spacey, deep, funky house. They’re exactly what you would expect from a hard-hitting Dirtybird artist.
After their debut album Self Help last October, they really hit the ground running and have only become bigger and better ever since. Those that attended Walker & Royce’s Freaknight festival set can recall how heavy and funky they got. This duo is definitely not one to miss!
For those not in attendance of CRSSD, Walker & Royce will be playing at Foundation Nightclub on March 2nd and at 45 East on March 3rd as support for Destructo’s Let’s Be Friends tour.
