Let’s rewind back to June at the Gorge. It’s Day 2 of Paradiso and everyone is reveling in the overcast skies following a day of 90+ degree heat. After his pre-Paradiso set at Foundation Nightclub the previous Wednesday, Kill the Noise comes out to a crowd of bassheads who had just had their faces melted by Adventure Club. With just a slight drizzle beginning, he drops “Saturn,” a heavy dubstep track full of emotion, melody, and unforgettable vocals.
Fast-forward back to today and Kill Paris has taken “Saturn” and remixed it into a completely new song. Adding in just a little funk guitar and a whole lot of glitch-hop feel, it’s become a song consistent with Kill Paris’ soulful instrumental style that we’ve come to love so much.
