Labor Day Weekend is creeping up quickly, and with it brings Bumbershoot! If you attended last year you know just how fun and interesting the silent disco was. If you didn’t, then you have a chance for redemption this year, because USC Events is bringing the silent disco back!
This year’s lineup includes Treasure Fingers on Friday, CRNKN on Saturday, and Liquid Stranger on Sunday. Local support includes CHVSM, DJ Gotek, Erin O’ Conor, Hyperfunk, INNIT, Instant Party, Johnny Monsoon, Just One, Kryspin, Mikey Mars, Monte, and much more.
If this sounds like your kind of party, the silent disco is a part of Bumbershoot, and therefore you can’t purchase separate entry for it. With a lineup that boasts Marshmello, Kygo, DJ Snake, Porter Robinson, and Pretty Lights, do you really need another reason to buy a ticket? Well if you do, this is it.
We had an absolute blast at the silent disco last year. You can play the music as loud as you want, and everyone is rocking to the same jam. You get to have an individual experience within the group experience for a very different change of pace. It only gets weird when you take your headphones off, and even then it’s admittedly pretty funny.
Come blast those headphones and get down to funky beats with us at the EMP Sky Church! We’ll be at Bumbershoot all weekend long and will definitely be hitting up the silent disco. Bumbershoot as a whole is all ages, and so is this event.
