Going to Paradiso next week and unsure of set times, concession stand locations, festival activities, etc.? Are you a ‘Diso first-timer who is overwhelmed by the unknown that awaits at the Gorge? There’s an app to put your mind at ease. USC Events launched a Paradiso Festival mobile app earlier this week that “will guide you through your adventure in paradise” and boy, is it chock-full of goodies!
The app is currently available on iTunes and Android, and is a free download. According to USC’s official website, the following features are included:
-Create your own schedule and set reminders to make sure you catch your favorite DJ’s set
-Receive instant alerts or schedule changes sent directly to your device
-Create community and post directly to the app through Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
-Get answers to FAQ’s
-Utilize the map so you always find your way
-Find vendors, merch, free water stations, bathrooms, and more.
-Descriptions of art installations and rides
VIP, camping, & locker info.
-Health & Safety details (hopefully you won’t need!)
-Conscious Crew & The Message
Upon opening the app, we were impressed by the amount of content and customization available to users. With June 24th inching ever so close, there are some features on the app not yet ready; the festival map being one of them. However, using the app’s notification feature (which prompts you to either enable or disable upon opening the app for the first time) will be a great way to know when new event details are announced. No more wandering the interwebz and social media for ‘Diso deets. Let it come to you!
