We’ve been patiently waiting for all the festival season lineups to be released for quite some time now. We can now stop waiting for both Paradiso Festival and Bumbershoot, with both featuring eclectic lineups aiming to please! We attended the Bumbershoot lineup announcement party at the Showbox to be some of the first to know the situation. With all the pizza, ice cream, donuts, tacos, and beer we could handle, we wondered what other good fortune the night could possibly hold. As it turns out, the answer was “all of it. ALL the good fortune.” This lineup may very well number itself among the Northwest’s best in 2016.
As per usual, we’re getting tons of amazing musical acts, along with food, artist booths, a breakdancing competition, comedy, and plenty of other stuff to explore. Come join us at Seattle Center this Labor Day weekend, September 2nd through 4th, and catch Pretty Lights, Porter Robinson, Zeds Dead, DJ Snake, Kygo, ZHU, Marshmello, and lots more.
Tickets are on sale now on Bumbershoot’s website and with a lineup like this, you don’t want to wait on tickets for too long. We had a blast at last year’s Bumbershoot, despite the rain, and we’re excited to do it again this year with some truly spectacular artists.
UPDATE: Single day passes are now on sale on the Bumbershoot website! If work is in the way or only one day’s lineup strikes your fancy, now’s your chance to get that ticket!
Important things happen in Pacific Northwest nightlife, and DMNW will send you alerts!
