After making its triumphant post-pandemic return last year, Shambhala Music Festival is back again in 2023 with a packed lineup and a sold-out crowd.
As we head into the thick of festival season, we feel confident is saying that Shambhala is quite easily the festival experience worth counting down to when it comes to a wholly unique lineup and locale. The schedule is set, preparations over at the Salmo River Ranch are already underway, and it’s slowly sinking in that soon, we’ll be in a place that to many feels like home.

There’s a fair amount of preparation that goes into any festival, and Shambhala is no exception. As one-of-a-kind as it is, you could say that there’s even more to get nailed down in the weeks leading in. As one of the few festivals to take place on a private estate, it comes with a unique set of rules. 2014 was DMNW’s first official journey to the Farm, and with years of experience under our collective belts, we’d like to impart all the knowledge we gathered over some of the best weekends of music and reveling we’ve ever had.
