Festivals like Paradiso are why dance music fans throughout the Northwest are penny-pinching and day-dreaming all year long. When we’re working hard and doing the less-fun things that are necessary to proper festival attendance, little things are useful to help remind us exactly why we’re putting in so much effort. Travel plans, ticket purchasing, and group coordination, can all lead to potentially stressful situations and, at times, have us questioning if all the work is worth it.
Then we hear that song or see that pic, and the instant reminder and flashback is all that’s needed to gain the motivation we need. We’re always doing what we can to re-live our favorite festival experiences. The release of live-sets is a huge aspect of major festivals around the world, and many ravers spend hours on YouTube and SoundCloud searching for clips of their favorites sets of the summer.
Now it’s time for the final installment in our series highlighting some of the incredible photos we’ve been lucky enough to peruse from Paradiso 2015. We checked out great shots of lasers, totems, and the incredible production thanks to Turk Photos, and got a glimpse of the beautiful people who make up our scene via Tyler Hill Photo. Now, we’re selecting some of our favorite pics from the latest album released by USC Events from the Northwest’s premier festival.
