As the sizable, PLUR-centric army of DMNW staff prepares to make their way to Shambhala Music Festival in a few weeks, we can’t help but notice the incredibly difficult set-time conflicts we’ll be faced with at The Farm this fall. The seemingly endless list of incredible artists performing throughout a four-day, six-stage festival have created some tough choices for our perusing of The Village, The Pagoda, The Grove, and more throughout the weekend. But, we’ve done our homework, utilizing the official DMNW playlists, going over our favorite sets, and scouring the lineup for any artists we may have missed.
Now, it’s time to put all of that time and effort, getting to know the acts we’ll be spending the weekend with, to work. Once we’re at Shambhala, many of our day-to-day stresses will be washed away, the tunes of dance music’s top acts drowning out any nagging worries or issues that we may have had on our shoulders before we arrived. Save for one issue: set-time conflicts.
So, we’re here to try and help with that, too. We broke down a few of the most gut-wrenching set-time conflicts of Shambhala, giving you our take on some of the most difficult decisions of the weekend. If there’s anything that can be gleaned from a quick run-through of the Shambhala 2015 schedule, it’s that stage-hopping shoes are a must for The Farm this summer. In addition, we offered up some advice on which stage to choose, should the conflict be as tough for you as it is for us. You can check out the set-times for the entire weekend here, and get any and all information regarding the now sold-out event via the official site here.
