The wait is finally over, and another sign that the full thrust of Festival Season is upon us is here. Today, Shambhala Music Festival announced the headliners for the 18th annual late-summer gathering at the Salmo River Ranch in British Columbia. Undoubtedly one of the premier summer festivals, not only in the Northwest, but in all of North America, Shambhala has once again delivered a stunning group of artists. Shambhala 2015 will feature performances from Skrillex, Pretty Lights, and Zomboy, as well as the annual returns of heavy-hitters Excision, Datsik, and Terravita.
Over the past few years, stacked lineups such as this have graced Shambhala at a ridiculously impressive rate. Last year Bassnectar, Andy C, ODESZA, and The M Machine checked in as headliners, while 2013 featured A-Trak, Dirtyphonics, SKisM, and Brillz as just a few of the dozens of quality acts in the lineup. Continuing a tradition that leads nobody to be surprised at the fact that two of the three tiers of tickets, and all payment plans, are sold out for 2015, Shambhala Music Festival 2015 is shaping up to be one for the books.
If you’re drooling over the announcement as much as we are, you’ll want to grab your tickets ASAP. They’ll be gone soon, and you don’t want to miss out on Skrillex and Pretty Lights at one of the most scenic venues in North America.
