Contact Winter Music Festival hosted by Blueprint events up in Vancouver is an experience like few others. Last year’s lineup gave any Seattleite plenty of reasons to make the journey north to Canada, featuring Skrillex, Kaskade, Dada Life, Diplo, and more. The 2014 edition though promises an even richer musical experience, with Armin van Buuren, Zedd, GRiZ, Gramatik, W&W, Showtek, What So Not, Thomas Jack, Kill Paris and plenty more.
Top top it off, for the first time ever Contact will also feature an outdoor tented stage, “allowing the festival to expand to a more diverse program of music.” Combine that lineup with first-rate production and a rare outdoor winter festival stage, and this becomes a must-see for any Pacific Northwest concertgoer. And of course, anyone strapped for cash need not even worry right now, as you’ll have plenty of time to save; you have until December 26-27 when the 2-night extravaganza kicks off. 2-day passes go on sale October 2nd at $125 a pop, so mark your calendar now!
