For 30 days straight through the month of September, Apple is bringing some of the world’s biggest and most notable performers to take center stage at the 8th annual iTunes Festival held in London. On Monday, September 1st the festival kicked off with none other than Joel Zimmerman (better known as Deadmau5) and his glorious cubed event production. Bright lights shined over the crowd as his one of a kind bass ran through the ears of thousands, giving everyone in attendance one of the most unique experiences and settings they’ll see at the festival. He performed most of his newest album while(1<2) along with mashups that included vocals from some of his most memorable tracks, even Morgan Page’s Longest Road. He even managed to take everyone back in time by unleashing Ghosts n Stuff, The Veldt and Strobe.
As he wraps up his current tour, we can only hope that he brings his cube, mau5 head and treks to the United States for a tour of our own.
