The third and final day of Electric Zoo 2014 has been cancelled due to severe weather. It is the second time in as many years that the outdoor festival held at Randall’s Park in New York City has been cancelled. Last year the final day was cancelled due to the deaths of two attendees. The festival took to their twitter account to confirm what had been spreading via social media for a few minutes, that the final day was indeed cancelled, rather than suspended.
.@ElectricZooNY has shut down for the remainder of the festival due to extreme weather conditions.

UPDATE: Our DMNW boots on the ground tell us it is indeed raining sideways, with lots of flooding and cover being taken underneath the RFK overpass.
