When the Safe In Sound Festival, which is touring North America this fall, visits the Toyota Center in Kennewick, Wash. on October 8th, it will be the first show of its kind to do so. In fact, it is the first dance music show anywhere near this size in the history of the Tri-Cities. The Columbia Basin couldn’t ask for a better lineup for their inaugural all-ages EDM event, which will feature enough bass to give the Tri-Cities a loud welcome to the dance music scene.
Bass super-group Destroid will stop in the Tri-Cities on their return to the Northwest. The band is comprised of dubstep DJs Excision and Downlink, as well as Pendulum drummer and drum & bass god KJ Sawka. They’ll be joined by duo Adventure Club and bass-cannon enthusiast Flux Pavilion. The mysterious trap artist ƱZ and bass music veterans Terravita will also be playing at the Toyota Center this October.
The first 500 tickets for the event are $25, tickets 501-1,000 are $30, and tickets 1,001 – 1,500 are $35. After the first 1,500 tickets, the remaining tickets will be available for $39.50. The first 1,500 tickets are ‘General Admission Floor’, while the remaining are ‘General Admission Bowl’. There are also a limited number of VIP Passes available for the show, with a cost of $55. VIP amenities include VIP access into the venue, access to the floor and a special VIP area (with private bar and bartenders), and private restrooms.
