Seattle-based duo First Class, a collaboration project from duo Alex Bosi and Jacob McDonald, have created the perfect Paradiso-week mix to help countdown the hours until the premier Northwest dance music festival begins. First Class will be performing at Paradiso 2014 and offer up an hour-long preview of the energetic style and unique blend of tunes they’ll be bringing to ‘The Wreckage’ stage from 3:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Friday, June 27th. The mix was performed live on the Vortex on Saturday, June 21st on C89.5FM. First Class will also performing at Bumbershoot on Sunday, August 31st.
Bosi (also half of the duo The TASTEmakers) is a resident DJ at Foundation Nightclub in Seattle and a manager/resident DJ at the 1230 Room in Olympia. He’s a skilled turntablist with a background in hip-hop that he transitions and blends with top dance music tunes with ease. McDonald, also known as Just One, hails from Olympia and is a resident DJ for USC Events.
