EDX released a new single this week just in time for the sun! “Cool You Off” is a relaxing tune that still entices you to dance. This paradoxical arrangement of notes is what we love about producer/DJ EDX. He has been growing his influence on the deep house scene with skill and ease, and continues to think outside of the box. His sounds are always fresh and diverse – always bringing in smooth vibes. We especially like his remix of Kaskade’s “Angel On My Shoulder.” (SO SMOOTH.)

After first listening to “Cool You Off,” we heard some Tycho-sounding melodies mixed with a deep, brass house beat. EDX once again proves his ability to diversify by using his signature thumping grooves, but this time also adds a catchy vocal sample to complete the soulful song.
