What better way is there to celebrate the new year than with brand new music? Apparently Cash Cash agrees with this sentiment, as they come to us now with a house-heavy remix of Rudimental’s uplifting Free. Stripping out the pulsing drums of the original, the New Jersey trio throws in a massive build, falling straight into a bouncy electro drop and flowing beautifully thanks to the vocals of Emeli Sandé.
Starting with a request for 1000 likes on a Facebook post, Cash Cash saw their fans earn their remix in spades, topping 1400 within the first 24 hours. For all of us Seattle fans, we won’t have to wait long until we hear it in person, as they’ll be passing through Foundation Nightclub on January 24th.
