We may be long past the days of Tiësto consistently pumping out trance, but for an artist who’s been around as long as he has, sometimes evolution is inevitable. His straying from the path of trance music has been the cause of some controversy, and it continues with his newest track, Red Lights.
Red Lights embodies big room from start to finish, with arena-worthy vocals, massive drops, and an addictively catchy melody. If this is the resulting product of Tiësto’s journey into the house, we’re finding it hard to complain. The full track is set to release on December 17th, making it the perfect Christmas present (or the worst, depending on your personal opinions on the lack of trance).
