Russian Producer and DJ Arty follows the release of Together We Are and Grand Finale with a third single, Flashback. In his recent ABGT050 interview, Arty reflects on his creative process and explains how he “took a break and looked at the track from a different angle and remade it.” Well sir, we strongly suggest you keep taking breaks if you’re going to come out with singles that are as progressive as they are danceable.

Bright and even synth beats echo straight through Flashback to the beautifully layered, instrumental climax. The single doesn’t need vocals to bring it to life. In fact, we believe that vocals would only take away from Arty’s flawless fusion of harmonic power and raw feeling. Above & Beyond, Armin Van Buuren, Steve Angello, Swanky Tunes, Hardwell and Afrojack call Flashback a favorite already. Do we dare predict its presence in Above & Beyond’s Resolution 2014 set?
