May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and to support the cause, Studio 4/4 and Grooving for Good have put together a night with Guy J. This event will occur on Saturday, May 20, starting at 10PM at Canvas Warehouse in the SoDo area of Seattle. The show will feature a warehouse stage and a tent stage, and many other interesting installations. If you’re looking for a fun night that promotes a great cause, look no further.
The space has evolved into a marvelous artistic space without losing its industrial warehouse roots. Canvas has hosted many different types of events in the past, all of which showcase creativity and connection. Canvas is no stranger to hosting electronic music events, so we’re looking forward to what’s in store for next weekend.
Grooving for Good’s Venue Setup
Grooving for Good has some exciting installations planned for the venue. They will curate a chill space experience designed to stimulate different senses and influence emotional relationships to music through them. James Pfaff has designed this space featuring interactive lighting for listeners to experiment with.
Artist Rolando Hayes will be painting live for attendees to observe while spending time in the chill space. He strives to symbolize the harmony between brushes and beats, and we can’t wait to see what he will create during this event.
Light Up Seattle has provided comfy light-up pillows to accommodate the space. With all these amazing attributes, the chill space will definitely be something to check out. This will be a great spot to kick back and tune in to self-awareness with music, creativity, and relaxation.
