Antelope Audio, a leading manufacturer of premium audio interfaces, has released the brand new Zen Q Synergy Core, a 14×10 bus-powered Thunderbolt audio interface.
The Synergy Core line of Antelope interfaces also feature onboard DSP FX processing, similar to Universal Audio’s Apollo line, and offer a similarly impressive collection of plug-ins which replicate classic studio gear like Pulteq boxes, LA-2A, and the infamous Distressor.
The Zen Q Synergy Core is the big brother of the recently released Zen Go Synergy Core, and features two discrete preamps on XLR combo jacks, two dedicated front-facing instrument inputs, 8 channels in/out via ADAT, and two additional I/O channels via S/PDIF. The unit also features a pair of main Monitor outs and a pair of additional line outs, both on TRS jacks, and dual front-facing headphone ports.
For artists or podcasters streaming their performances live, the Zen Q Synergy Core features a useful loopback function for streaming and recording playback and interface inputs simultaneously.
Antelope Audio is well known for their fantastic audio conversion, crystal clear preamps, and premium build quality. The Zen Q Synergy Core retails for $899 and can be purchased here.
