Chicago duo Freddy Kennett and Robby Hauldren or more commonly known as Louis The Child has been making waves since 2013. From their Blasé remix to their hit track Better Not, they’ve been keeping their fans entertained non-stop. During quarantine, the duo has released a new album, played at many virtual shows including the upcoming Inside Lands, released a new music video, and had an in-depth Billboard interview. Inside Lands
The Inside Lands virtual music festival is presented by Outside Lands. The virtual festival will take place on August 28th through 29th on Twitch. Louis The Child will be playing a set alongside J. Cole, Major Lazer, Zhu, Gryffin, and more.
New music video
Louis The Child released a music video for their track Big Love featuring EARTHGANG. This track is featured on their Here For Now album. The music video is produced by Chad Tennies, which consists of Migos, 2 Chainz, T.I, and D.R.A.M. The music video is animated, colorful, fun, and brings the track to life. See below for the video.
Billboard interview
On top of all the music releases and shows, Louis The Child did an in-depth 20 question interview with Billboard. The duo talks about Black Lives Matter, growing up around the Chicago area, connecting with fans during quarantine, future collaboration, and more.
