Zeds Dead announced the follow-up to their monster compilation: We Are Deadbeats Volume 4 Deluxe is on the way. Featuring 12 remixes and three new collaborations, the deluxe release promises to pack just as much surprise as the original. Several artists have teased their contributions on Twitter since the Deadbeats announcement, but there’s no official track list yet. Thankfully, the wait is almost over as the project drops July 24. If you’re as excited for this release as we are, check out our predictions for the features below.

New collaborations to include Yultron and YOOKiE
We’ve been buzzing in anticipation over the three new tracks on the album. It appears Yultron is one of them, according to a Tweet he posted last week. After Yultron opened for TroyBoi on tour last fall in the northwest, the producer has had a phenomenal year of releases including his debut Deadbeats EP, Neon Hippie.
Another bass-heavy track is due to come to fruition from YOOKiE on the deluxe album. After they were slated to perform the now-cancelled Bass Canyon 2020, the duo was understandably saddened. However, it looks like their new track with Zeds Dead will suffice to cheer everyone up. In a clip posted by Deadbeats, the northwest’s very own Cuthbert Amphitheater in Eugene, Oregon hosts the Zeds Dead/ YOOKiE track debut. Although the release hasn’t been confirmed as one of the new collaborations, the timing is too coincidental to ignore.
just found this in the trash.
it had your name on it @yookiemusic ?what should we do? pic.twitter.com/uztzaA8HWL— Deadbeats ☠️ (@deadbeats) July 13, 2020
Star-studded remixes dominate album
Through some investigative work we’ve also uncovered a few speculative guesses for the remaining album remixes. Among them, Blanke confirmed his remix of Zeds Dead and Subtronics’ Bumpy Teeth. Rising bass star CHEE will be releasing a remix of Leave You in the Ground (featuring long-time Zeds Dead vocalist Omar LinX). An um.. remix of Asteroid featuring Holly is also on the way. Eprom promised a unique take on Ether— an Eprom Old School Deconstruction Mix. Whatever that entails, it’s sure to melt a few faces in the process.
Although it’s uncertain which tracks they’ll take on, a few artists have confirmed only their spot on the album. The rising Florida-based producer Floret Loret is one of those. Sippy, a producer originally from Australia, also has a slot on the compilation album.
Remaining album left to surprise
The rest of the album from here on out will be left up to discovery on July 24th. Searching through the Deadbeats roster, it’s clear that every artist brings a unique talent to the label umbrella. Notably, PEEKABOO, Rusko, and Whipped Cream have all yet to appear on this compilation album leaving us to wonder if they’re jumping into the deluxe version. While we wait patiently for next week’s release, Deadbeats teased surprises in anticipation. Whoever features on the album is sure to blow the fourth Deadbeats deluxe compilation album out of the water.
