Despite countless festival cancellations amid the COVID-19 pandemic, there seems to be at least some good news for us to hold on to. Excision’s annual Lost Lands and Bass Canyon festivals might be just out of reach of the COVID-19 scare. Each festival officially released statements telling fans that the party is still on- for now!
The social media channels for Lost Lands posted a statement that notes that the festival’s September 25th-27th dates make it likely to continue as normal. At the same time, they cautioned that the situation is ever-changing. Safety is the number one priority and they are keeping a close eye on what health officials advise.

Moments later, Bass Canyon posted very similar wording. However, it should be noted that Bass Canyon takes place a month earlier than Lost Lands- on August 28th-30th. So it is slightly more at risk of being postponed or canceled depending on health advisories.

Still, this is great news for bass heads looking forward to raging at these special festivals. Many fans have already purchased tickets, or are on payment plans. As far as payment plans go, both festivals have assured fans that their tickets will not be canceled due to missed payments at this time.
Taking place at the Gorge Ampitheater in George, Washington, this will be the 3rd annual Bass Canyon event. Lost Lands — the first festival founded by Excision — will be celebrating its 4th event at Legend Valley, Ohio. Tickets for Lost Lands and Bass Canyon are available now!
