Kaskade’s brand new single, 1990 features Swedish trio, Brohug. 1990 is a spin-off- inspired by the track The Power by SNAP!. By reworking the vocals, and adding their own twist to the track, 1990 is a modern-day version of the oldie. Kaskade, one of dance music’s true legends, had a great 2019, topping at the number 22 spot in the Billboard’s top 40 charts with Meghan Trainor on their track, With You. He has headlined so many shows, and festivals, in the PNW for us to count on one hand. Kaskade was also the first electronic dance artist to land a residency in Las Vegas.
Brohug are no strangers to the PNW as well. They have played at Freaknight more than once, and Paradiso, within the past few years. We had the chance to chat with them a couple of years ago at Freaknight, check it out here.
