A unique style of insanity can be felt by listening to the new Apashe and Odalisk collaboration, “Overload.” The song combines trap and heavy dubstep, with a dash of hip-hop – and after a first time listen, it’s obvious that “Overload” is a guaranteed festival banger. “Overload” is the debut platform for Odalisk, a montreal-based duo composed of two sisters, Katherine and Karina Pare, who rap on the track with so much drill-team-like energy. “1-2-3-WE OVERLOAD” – the catchy hook spat out by the Pare sisters – is reminiscent of other female trap rappers like, Sasha Go Hard or Katie Got Bandz.
