Canadian DJ-Messiah Duo, Shiloh freakin’ brings it with the production and the jams in ‘Man In The Mirror,’ out now on Beatport via Garuda Music. The Gareth Emery imprint has become somewhat synonymous with electrifying progressive house and modern trance sound, this release; however, displays the label’s recent favor towards funky synth patterns. Shiloh create’s a pulse for the song that throbs deeply until reaching a summit. It’s here that the song’s layered synth progressions begin to swell up and fill the listeners ears. The song tips a spangled sequined fedora hat to Michael Jackson, right before unleashing an EDM snowstorm.
The label has also offered up a club mix from Scotland’s Alex Sonata, giving the track a ecstasy fueled vision quest; sort of, vibe. Pounding jungle rhythms deliver hit after hit to the listener until all the sound slowly disappears then re-appears as an uplifting anthemic festival banger.
