Transportation
After going to some larger festivals with a lot more people, we were very curious to see how services like shuttle service would operate. Would there be ridiculously long lines? The answer to that question is ‘no’. Shuttle service was extremely convenient. There were 2 stops in Whistler and one north of the festival grounds in Pemberton. The shuttle stops in Whistler had very little (if any) line to hop aboard the charter busses. The only time we saw a very small line was when the shuttle service started in the morning. Extremely convenient and easy to use. If you chose to stay at one of the few hotels in Pemberton, you had the option of a Go-Green Commuter Pass, which allowed you to walk or bike to and from the festival grounds. And if you wanted the ultimate party, there was a camping option for those folks as well. We were overall very surprised with how efficient it was to get to and from the festival grounds with one of these many options.
