Summer is fast approaching, and soon we’ll be heading back to our favorite festivals for another year of getting down on the dance floor. Last year the DMNW crew kept pretty busy, and 2016 we’re planning to add a few new events to our schedule. One in particular that seemed to come up constantly when visiting Vancouver was Bass Coast. We’d heard of this gem of a festival before, but haven’t had the opportunity to experience it; that’s going to change for 2016. We’ll be headed to British Columbia July 8-11 to (finally) get to experience this wonderful festival for ourselves and hope to see you all there.

For many BC residents, Bass Coast is as much a part of their summer time festival routine as Shambhala. We feel we’ve done a relatively good job convincing the unsure to purchase their Shambhala tickets, as well as educate those who may not have know about it to begin with. However, we have not brought much light on this genuinely unique experience that we encourage everyone to experience at least once. Bass Coast is void of any big name sponsorships, bad vibes, or the close minded. So to help convince you more we’ve put a list together of 6 reasons why you need to get your Bass Coast ticket!
