The Circus Records boss rarely disappoints, and his heavy set at the mainstage Friday night surely didn’t either. Mixing in both new and old music alike, we were treated to lasers, visuals, and all the bass we could possibly handle. Tried and true classics like I Can’t Stop were skillfully interwoven with newer offerings like Do or Die, making for a delicious taste of mainstage dubstep.
Flux’s late night set led directly into Above & Beyond, but still somehow made the transition between radically different genres feel more than natural. With a legend like him, it’s hard not appreciate his unequaled skill and song selection behind the decks.
