Upstream Music Festival Returns With Dates for 2018!

Seattle’s very own SXSW, Upstream Music Festival and Summit (unofficially deemed NXNW), is in fact returning for its second year. With later dates this go-around, Upstream will be holding the event on June 1-3.

Last year was the inaugural unveiling of Upstream, with guest speakers Quincy Jones, Macklemore and music industry top names for the summit. Headline performers included Flying Lotus, AlunaGeroge and many more.

The event takes place in the heart of Pioneer Square, with multiple stages, from intimate night clubs to the top of Smith Tower to Century Link. DMNW attended Upstream 2017, and it was an experience that we will never forget.

Upstream shines light on musicians from local artists to headliners, providing a platform for them to showcase their talents to music lovers. From EDM to alternative, you can find a genre and stage that you will enjoy at this 3-day festival.

Upstream is taking artist submissions starting in November for 3 weeks. You can apply and check out more info HERE. More information on tickets and lineup coming soon.
