The talented Canadian known for the annual insanity he unleashes on Shambhala Music Festival is an artist left off of far too many lists. Excision is a visionary within dubstep, effortlessly crossing over sub-genres from set to set. Anyone who’s witnessed him and his 100,000+ watts of bass can attest to the fact he’s unmatched in his ability to enrapture a crowd of even the rowdiest bassheads. Throw in his work on his side project Destroid with KJ Sawka and Downlink, and you have a no-brainer here to kick off the top 10.
