If you take a look at any festival junkie’s bucket list, “Tomorrowland” will most likely appear. Belgium became the home of this EDM fantasy playground in 2005. With attendees traveling from all parts of the world, Tomorrowland is now one of the biggest music festivals in the world.
Tomorrowland is known for its mystical-themed setup, and festival goers anticipate the theme reveal every year. This year, they are not letting anyone down with their theme: “Amicorum Spectaculum”.
Many of us are probably pondering upon the same question: “What in the world does that mean?”.
Well let us break it down for you: Amicorum is a Latin word close to the meaning of “gathering of friends.” You probably guessed the meaning of Spectaculum by the sound of it, translating to “spectacle.” A weekend surrounded by companions in a mystical wonderland filled with EDM. Sounds like a dream.
With the high volume of attendees, Tomorrowland will be taking place on two weekends this year. July 21-23 and July 28-30.
