Steve Aoki and Blink-182 Collab on New Music Video

EDM seems to be making its way into all different genres of music, from country to rock. One band we never expected would mix their sound with EDM, though, was Blink-182. To our surprise, this last year Steve Aoki changed the tune. But then again, Travis Barker and Steve Aoki are friends, and Blink-182 had a residency in Las Vegas, so it seemed to be heading in that direction.

The song, Why Are We so Broken, was released with a music video the last week. The music video has two main scenes, Blink-182 and Steve Aoki playing in a warehouse, and a young couple taking a hammer to glass and a toilet.

The scenes are very separate, and the whole thing seems a bit off. But we would have never paired Steve Aoki with Blink-182, and that happened too. We are not really sure how we feel about the collaboration, but don’t let us decide for you. Check it out below and let us know on our Facebook and Twitter!
