SATURDAY!

Some for real activities taking place here! We got to catch the Slush Cup, where contestants hurled themselves down a hill on a board (or not!) into a giant lake of, you guessed it, icy slush!

We got to heat up in the hot tub following that icy adventure with the rest of the contestants.

And then, the day could really begin! Surprise headliner Daniel Cesar filled in when trap queen Cardi B, who had to cancel due to her pregnancy, completely surprised us, which was great because Cardi B was someone we were pretty excited for.

And then, NGHTMRE blew us ALL away!

It was really cool seeing the blend of new wave and mainstream EDM artists come together with less aggressive tunes to show everyone a good time. Saturday night was a unique night of music because we got to check out some artists we’d never heard before, including a group called Kyle, who had some live hip hop and bass to really turn it up!

We were going to catch another round of Felix da Housecat, but decided to save ourselves for the last day of the event!
