Decibel Festival 2015 just announced its second wave of artists. This Seattle based conference boasts an international catalog of DJs and live performers, many hailing from the UK and France as well as an array of Seattle natives ready to play for their home crowd.
Fans and followers of the festival seem to be most excited for Washington D.C. based artist collective Thievery Corporation, Manchester’s Synkro, and Parisian producer STWO. Thievery Corporation was founded 20 years ago and gained recognition for “Shaolin Satellite” and “2001: a Spliff Odyssey.” Synkro (aka Joe McBride) is a major player in the UK bass scene. STWO’s music career began in 2013, but while it has been short, it has had no shortage of attention from the future garage bass fans of Paris (and the rest of the world).
