Sebjak’s “We Are” Is Summerburst’s Official Anthem

Every summer festival needs a trademark anthem.  They’re hands-up, vocal masterpieces that end up playing over and over and fully embody the tone and spirit of the festival. This year’s Summerburst Festival in Sweden has chosen Sebjak’s newest track We Are.  Much like festival anthems that have come before it, one listen immediately has the vocal hook caught in your head, and doesn’t want to let go.

Though the teaser is painfully short, the buildup is decidedly massive. Shuffling drums, pounded pianos, and an immediately memorable vocal lead up into a deep, hard drop. Huge kicks and a choked, Swedish House Mafia-reminiscent lead definitely belong rocking a festival crowd at sunset. Unfortunately the track doesn’t drop until April 25th, which is plenty of time for us to hear it before the festival — but way too long to have to wait when the teaser is this good. Until then, We Are waiting.
