His style is easily compared to AlunaGeorge and Disclosure, who are some very big names to be next to in the electronic music scene. Add in phenomenal writer and vocalist Becky Hill, of whom you may recall from Rudimental’s Powerless, and we’ve got ourselves one immense house hit, Overdrive.
Set to be released on Parlophone as well as Pete Tong’s newly-relaunched label FFFR, Overdrive is destined to be the hot hit of the summer and beyond. Even instrumental-only fans are admitting that Becky Hill’s writing style and smashing vocal performance take Helden’s track to incredible new heights. Overdrive insinuates sexy, feel-good energy that is destined for the nightlife, as well as upcoming summer road trips.
