Last time we heard from Madeon, the teenaged electro dynamo was taking a break from touring to focus on producing his new album. Today though, he emerged to give us a never-before-heard track he “made a couple years ago but never released.” But it was never going to be easy, as the new song came with a catch: We had to solve a puzzle before getting directed to the free download.
Giving us nothing more than nine boxes with lines drawn through them, Madeon made it so we had to crack the code and dance for our music. We won’t spoil the fun for you, but we’ll give you a hint: The song in question is called Cut The Kid. Feel free to head over here and take a shot at it yourself if you’re feeling particularly brainy, but in the meantime we have the track available to download and stream right here!
